It begins with a possibly terrible attempt to blog. But anyway, let's begin...

I am so glad you are here.
My goal is to create a monthly blog that focuses primarily on life & what’s going on, behind the scenes and future plans. By doing it this way, I hope to create a separation between my books when they are released and all the behind the scenes content.
The email newsletters will primarily focus on my books, their release dates and any other relevant information, including teasers for future works. It is likely to be sent out quarterly with the occasional pre-release update.
These blogs will be monthly. At this point, I don’t intend to notify anyone through my newsletter subscriber each month list but rather, put out a post on social media with links to my website with reminders in my emails when they do go out.
So, make sure you come back and check out what’s going on and what’s coming in the future.
Upcoming Releases
Monster in the Dark is almost done on Wattpad, with only a few more chapters to go. Spoiler alert, it’s going to end on a rather large cliffhanger. Book 2 - Creature in the Shadows will follow soon after. This the first time I’ve publicly said the name of the new book. The series name, Beautiful Monsters was previously revealed on Wattpad, though it was on my main page, so it is easily missed. Also, while we’re doing reveals, this book will be from Roman’s POV. I can’t wait for you to join the trio of terror as they chomp their way through the streets of London, bring down the hunting guild and misbehave under the sheets.
Behind the Scenes
I'm currently working on Book 7 in the Immortal Empires series, going through the chapters in preparation for editing. I am also writing further into the Immortal Empires series. In addition, there are a few little things I am working on. They won't be out for a while but in future months, I might give teasers.
Life Updates
Life remains fairly ordinary, thankfully.
Due to the weather, I have been hiding anywhere cold. We've gone through a heatwave and understandably, I can't work when it's crazy hot. My computer is in an area that is susceptible to temperature and with an west facing house, it means that in the afternoon (when I tend to write), it is hot. Opening the windows helps but most of the time there is a hot wind blowing so it's pointless.
Marley monster is back to his usual - licking the fur off his belly. He was diagnosed as being allergic to chicken but I'm beginning to think it might be an additive because he doesn't get a lot of chicken (it would likely be the biscuits). December was spent trying to stop him and for the most part, failing miserably. He licks it so raw there are wounds which causes more problems. So, he will continue with his restricted diet and back onto the biscuits he hates.
In December, Miss Minion and I went to see Wicked at QPAC Theatre. The seats were pretty good and we had a great view of the stage. Miss Minion and I also went to see it at the movie theatres. Is she a fan? Yes.
We also saw Dan & Phil in December. This is the second time Miss Minion has seen one of their shows. The first was in 2018 and she met them in the VIP. This time around, she decided against the meet and greet so that someone else could meet them.
Current Read
Upon deciding that I wanted to read more in 2025, I searched for a few books to start the new year. I made a long list of physical and digital books I want to read (and re-read). It will be interesting to see how quickly I can get through these books. Miss Minion purchased The Cruel Prince to read then decided against it and (gasps in horror) was about to get rid of it. I pulled it from the charity store box (sorry, not sorry!) and read it. One day later, I was done. So, I guess if the book is good, I can binge it easily so only time will tell. I've added The Cruel Prince back to my list for 2025 because I plan to read the rest of the books in the series and I'd prefer to go through them together rather than weeks apart. I haven't purchased them yet so stay tuned!
I think that my first book to read will be a Deal with the Elf King by Elise Kova. As for the rest of 2025, it's a mixture of authors and books.
