Everyone needs a bookmark, right? I've got heaps to give away so if you'd like one sent to you, just fill out the form below. I'll send you an email confirming that I received your request so be on the look out for it.
Terms & Conditions:
1. An email will be sent to you to confirm I have received your order. Please check the details before you submit. If you do not get a confirmation email from me, please contact me.
2. Purchase of a paperback or eBook is necessary to receive the merchandise for free. If you do not wish to purchase either option, you can still purchase the merchandise pack from my store here.
3. Postage for the merchandise pack is free when evidence of paperback or eBook is provided (or included with the purchased Special Edition Copy). Any additional postal charges, taxes, customs and import taxes, etc. incurred will be at your expense. I'm also not responsible for delays due to mail restrictions, customs, mail services, etc.
3. If you choose to return it, this will be at your expense.
4. If the pack gets lost in transit or if you submit the incorrect postal address, I will not be responsible.
5. By submitting your details, you understand and agree that the pack will be mailed to you. Your details will not be retained by me nor will they be sold or traded to another party.
6. This is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferrable.
7. This merchandise pack is available for one pack per paperback or eBook purchased.
8. This offer is open to all but please check that your country is receiving mail from Australia before you put the request in. This is the link for Australia Post where they update the International delivery times/availability.
9. If you think you made an error with your order, contact me as soon as you realise.
